Le Jazz de Cabu (4 CD box set)

Passionate about jazz , the cartoonist Cabu (born in 1938) needs no introduction: Le Canard Enchaîné , Charlie Hebdo , le Grand Duduche , le Beauf . His critical outlook is always imbued with deep humanity. No doubt because every day at his drawing table, he listens to jazz and can't imagine spending a day without a piece of Cab Calloway ! In this “ little history of swing ”, he chooses the 40 greatest jazzmen . The forty illustrations cover the forty albums that appeared in the first version of Cabu Jazz Masters . With the stroke of a pencil and two titles per musician, Cabu lets us hear his love of jazz by identifying and amplifying the personality of each artist.

Forty great musical moments!
