La Fontaine & Le Gaucher

Pierrejean Gaucher has set to music some of La Fontaine's fables , in French , but also in English and Italian . The rhythmic and melodic richness of these texts inspired a multitude of musical approaches, interpreted by great jazz musicians in France. Five designers were inspired by it to each masterfully illustrate a fable. This album is a complete work where the text speaks to the mind while the illustration and music dazzle the eye and the ear. An orgy for the senses.
